The difference
“Is this member ready to grade?”
The instructor confirms at the end of each session who was there. The app keeps count — per member, per belt stage. Before a grading the number is simply there, instead of being reconstructed from lists and memory.
Other club software administers members. This one counts training sessions — and turns them into progress everyone can see.

Sign-up and cancellation with a deadline
Members sign up or cancel for a session, up to a deadline your club sets itself. The instructor sees the list before walking into the dojo and knows whether to split, merge or cancel.

Parents have their own account holding their children’s profiles. Everything concerning the child — sign-up, cancellation, grading status — runs through that account. No messenger list, no notes in a training bag.
